Class 'C' Driver Training

Commercial Driver Services' Class 'C' Driver Training Program strives to provide the highest quality of training to individuals seeking to obtain their Class 'C' CDL. The professional instruction students receive from CDS enables them to become competent and proficient in the safe operation of Class 'C' vehicles.

The course is 36 hours in length and costs $1,995 including the DOT physical & drug screen, and Dept of Licensing fees. Click here for a cost breakdown.

A Class 'C' vehicle is defined as a single vehicle with a GVWR of less than 26,001 pounds or any such vehicle towing a vehicle with a GVWR not in excess of 10,000 pounds consisting of:

• Vehicles designed to transport sixteen or more passengers, including the driver (P2)
• Vehicles used in the transportation of hazardous materials (additional $89.25 for the background check required by the TSA)

After successfully completing the 36 hour course, students will receive a Certificate of Completion.
